Returns Policy

Sitara studio has a 7 days Exchange policy. In case the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the item can be returned within 7 days of the purchase with an email to our customer care team stating the reason of dissatisfaction. In case of dissatisfaction with an item, it can be exchanged with an item in the same price however, it is essential that the item being returned is in saleable condition with tags attached and original packaging. Sitara studio does not take responsibility of damage because of improper usage of garment. The item is not liable for return. Return & Exchange policy is not applicable to items on promotion. Please note that the Cash on Delivery charge and the handling charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges. All items made on order, in case being sent for alteration are subject to handling charges. Sitara studio shall bear no expense of handling at the time of purchase or alteration.
