Sitara studio has a 15 days Exchange policy. In case the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the item can be returned within 15 days of the purchase with an email to our customer care team stating the reason of dissatisfaction. In case of dissatisfaction with an item, it can be exchanged with an item in the same price however, it is essential that the item being returned is in saleable condition with tags attached and original packaging.

1) Refund Policy

Please note that Sitara Studio does not offer any refund policy. This is clearly stated, and refund are not accepted under any circumstances.

2) Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange facility in case the customer faces any issue, such as damaged products, incorrect items, or if the customer does not like the article.

3) Exchange on Retail Outlet

If there is a Sitara Studio outlet available in the city of customer, the customer can contact the official CSR (Customer Service Representative) department and visit the outlet to request an exchange.

Also, article must be in appropriate condition, must not be torn or dirty, otherwise retail outlet staff wont entertain the exchange.

4) Exchange via Courier (No Sitara Studio outlet in Customer’s desired city)

If there is no outlet available in the city of the customer, then the customer must ship the parcel to Sitara Studio’s particular address given by the CSR (Customer Service Representative). Courier charges will be paid by the customer, and Sitara Studio will not arrange any pickup service.

Once the exchange is processed, the exchange item will be shipped back to customer without any additional shipping charges.

This process will take up to 5-10 working days once exchange parcel is received back to CSR department in Sitara Studio head office.

5) Pricing Policy
The exchange will be processed according to the current in-store prices at the time of exchange.
