International & Domestic Shipping Policy – Sitara Studio

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Within Pakistan: 3–5 business days
  • International Orders: 10–12 business days

Shipping Charges:

  • Within Pakistan: PKR 250
  • International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight

Note: Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping charges and must be paid separately by the customer as per the destination country’s regulations.

Payment Guidelines:

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected at the time of delivery.
  • Customers are advised not to transfer any amount in advance for COD orders until the courier arrives. Sitara Studio will not be responsible for any loss due to unauthorized payments.
  • Company Bank Transfer is available at checkout.
  • For prepaid orders, please do not hand over any cash to the rider. In case of any issue, report immediately to the Sitara Studio helpline.

We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and continuously work to reduce delivery timelines.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number and courier details.
Please check your Junk/Spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

 

Customs & Duties:

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid by the customer.
Sitara Studio has no control over these charges, and they are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Shipping Restrictions:

Due to certain regulatory limitations, we currently do not deliver to India.

Delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, global disruptions, or other exceptional events. However, we will always make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order.
